Health Condition 1: M00-M99- Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue

Intervention1: Yoga Postures: Adho Mukha Virasana, Tadasana, Virabhadrasana II, and Chair Bharadvajasana. Ask the subjects to maintain the posture for atleast 10-20 seconds for 4 weeks, 3days/ week,

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] Have neck pain symptoms of at least 3 months or more. 2] Bilateral / unilateral neck pain. 3] Neck Disability Index score of > 8% of disability. 4] Numerical Pain Rating Scale score > 3. 5] Duration of mobile phones use more than 3 hours per day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy. 2] History of cervical and thoracic spine fracture or dislocation. 3] History of cervical spine surgery. 4] History of whiplash injury and/ or head/ neck injuries. 5] History of spinal osteoporosis, spinal infection, or fibromyalgia syndrome.
