Intervention1: Gugglu-Shigru kshar sutra: This kshar sutra will be introduced into fistulous tract and will be changed every 7th day till the cut-through of the tract. Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient having signs and symptoms of bhagandra (low level fistula). Fresh as well as recurrent case of bhagandra (low level fistula) will be taken for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV I&II, HCV, HbSAg +VE patients 2. Secondary fistula due to Ca rectum, tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis and other.

TO CONTROL REOCCURANCE RATE DECREASES THE SUFFERINGS OF PATIENTS SUCH AS PAIN, BURNING SENSATION, ITCHING AND DISCHARGETimepoint: 1-Cured:91-100% relief in signs and symptoms 2-Markedly improvement:76-90% relief in signs and symptoms 3-Moderately improvement:51-75% relief in signs and symptoms 4-Mild improvement:26-50% relief in signs and symptoms 5-Unchanged/no improvement: less than or equal to 25% relief in signs and symptoms
