Intervention1: Gugglu-Shigru kshar sutra: This kshar sutra will be introduced into fistulous tract and will be changed every 7th day till the cut-through of the tract.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient having signs and symptoms of bhagandra (low level fistula). Fresh as well as recurrent case of bhagandra (low level fistula) will be taken for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV I&II, HCV, HbSAg +VE patients 2. Secondary fistula due to Ca rectum, tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis and other.
