Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: nursing personnel in selected wards and patients above 40 years of age nursing personnel and patient willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nursing personnel on long duration of leave patients below 40 years of age patients having CVDs Patients taking hypertensive drugs
