Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with sepsis and septic shock. 2.survival for atleast 12hrs. 3.SOFA score of 2 or more in any of the system. 4. patient more than 18years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patient/guardian refusal for consent. 2. non septic shock. 3.patient having rheumatic fever, malignancies, heart attack, connective tissue disorders. 4.pregnancy. 5.patient on oral contraception or HRT 6.chemical or burn trauma patients. 7. amphetamine intoxication.
