Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 2 3 Wt 45 to 70 kg Age 18 to 70 Scheduled for upper limb surgeries under Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Block Sex male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA Known allergy to local anesthetics Infection at the site of block Peripheral neuropathy Patients on chronic opioid
