Inclusion criteria: All health care workers who took Hydroxychloroquine prophylaxis during current COVID-19 Pandemic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCQ prophylaxis not received; 2. Unwillingness to participate in the survey; 3. Unable to read and/or understand either English or Hindi language
