Intervention1: Rapid antibody tests (Ig G and IgM) for COVID-19: Patients whose RTPCR on both Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab is reported positive will be screened for antibodies (IgG and IgM)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and their parents/accompanying caretakers (i.e. patients of all age groups) admitted to department of pediatrics with suspected COVID 19 infection and volunteer staff members from department of pediatrics whose RTPCR on both Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab is reported as positive or negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Whose RTPCR on both Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab is reported as rejected or poor quality.

MeasureTime frame
Sensitivity and specificity of Rapid Test Kits against detection of COVID19 AntibodiesTimepoint: RTPCR for coronavirus will be tested at admission, while antibody test will be done 7-10 days of admission.After completing 50 cases,data analysis will be done.
