Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases: All RT-PCR positive COVID 19 cases admitted to KIMS COVID hospital. Control: Age and Gender matched apparently healthy Individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •RT-PCR positive COVID 19 cases but donot have Recent Surgery • Pregnancy • Hypertension, CAD, CKD, CLD, Malignancies • Obesity, smoking • Associated systemic autoimmune diseases • Estrogen intake • Chronic steroid therapy • Use of anticoagulant medications , vitamin K antagonists.
