Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients after cessation of skeletal growth. 2.Patients operated for TMJ ankylosis with mild to moderate chin deformities. 3.Mandibular asymmetry secondary to craniofacial anomalies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients who are medically compromised. 2.patients with systemic bone disease.
