Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with >18 years with previous one LSCS. 2. Singleton pregnancy 3. Vertex presentation 4.Those who fulfill eligiblity criteria for trial of labour listed below. a.Estimated fetal weight less than 3.5 kg as per the scan. b.Non recurrent indication for previous section. c.Scar thickness more than 3 mm. d.No clinical evidence of cephalopelvic disproportion e.Inter pregnancy interval greater than18 months
