Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Students with tight hamstrings (inability to achieve greater than 160° knee extension with hip at 90° flexion or at least 15 degrees to 30 degrees loss of active knee extension with 900 of hip flexion). 2.Students who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute or chronic low back pain. 2.Acute or chronic hamstring injury. 3.Soft tissue injuries around the knee. 4.Recent fracture in the lower extremity.
