Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a diagnosis of cancer (clinical/histopathological) 2. On active disease modifying treatment or supportive care or on follow-up after completion of treatment for 2 years or less 3. Patients having history of psychiatric disorders. 4. Time period - Referrals from January 2011 to December 2017 Inpatients and outpatients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 60 years 2. On follow up for more than 2 years after completion of treatment 3. Patients referred for neurocognitive assessment as part of other trials 4. Patients on best supportive care only.
