Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing laproscopic gynaecological surgeries like diagnostic hysterolaproscopies and laproscopic sterilisation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airways and neck pathologies BMI > 35 High risk of aspiration

MeasureTime frame
To measure the airway sealing pressure of the Baska LMA and Proseal LMA Timepoint: At the time of insertion of LMA and 5 minutes after pneumoperitoneum and trendlenberg

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(i) Compare speed and ease of insertion of the two devices (ii) compare number of attempts to place the devices (iii) assess the adequacy of ventilation (iv) assess postoperative dysphagia, hoarseness or sore throat Timepoint: At the time of insertion 1 hour after device removal
