Inclusion criteria: patient above 18 years who underwent coronary angiogram as an elective procedure and who have normal coronary angiogram

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coronary anomalies coronary AV fistulae Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy previous history of MI
