Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to undergo trial and ready to give written consent Patient presenting with classical feature of Kamala and impaired liver functions Total serum bilirubin-2 to 10 mg/dl SGOT-50 to 1000 IU/L SGPT- 50 to 1000 IU/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing for trial Patient below the age of 20 years and above 60 years Patient having malignancy and acute hepatocellular failure. Patient requiring surgical intervention(obstructive jaundice) Total serum bilirubin- 10mg/dl SGOT >1000 IU/L SGPT >1000 IU/L S.ALP >3 Times the normal
