Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults in the age group of 30-65 yrs and who is on treatment for Type 2 Diabetes mellitus for the last 6 months. 2. Adults with HbA1C level >6.5 % 3. Adults who can read, write and comprehend Malayalam or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults who are not willing to participate in the study.
