Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age above 18 years. 2) ASA 1 and 2 and 3 patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient who could not be intubated at first attempt Will be excluded from the study. 2)Patient who had history of sore throat one week prior to surgery. 3)Patient intubated without adequate NPO / full stomach
