Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Pregnant women who is willing to participate 2. Who is not known hypertensive 3. Mothers who is coming to OPD with 1st and 2nd trimester

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are unable to give informed consent (learning disability, mental illness). 2. Previous chronic renal diseases, sexually transmitted infections, sickle cell anemia and diabetes mellitus. 3. Known hypertensive antenatal mothers. 4. Attending OPD for the first time in third trimester
