Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: New patients with a clinical symptoms of sneezing, Rhinitis,Dyspnea,Cough with or without expectoration,wheeze,tightness of chest. FEV1/FVC-60% to 80% Wheezing more than three weeks Smoking history more than 1 year(10 packs/day) Patient who are willing to take radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation Patient who are willing to estimate volume of air forcibly expired after a deep inspiration by using Pulmonary funtion test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cardiac disease Restrictive lung disease Renal disease Tuberculosis Status asthmaticus Lung carcinoma and other carcinomas Diabetic mellitus Hypertension Pregnancy Lactation Psychological factor Worm infestation Diagnosis of chronic sinusitis with allergic rhinitis Upper respiratory tract infection within last 6 weeks
