Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: K/c/o diagnosed patient of β-Thalassemia on the basis of Hb-electrophoresis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) K/c/o Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Gouty arthritis or any specific Viral fever, Dengue fever, Inflammatory joint disorders will be excluded. 2) K/c/o Human immunodeficiency viruses, Hepatitis B,Systemic lupus erythematosus, Disseminated intravascular coagulation, Hepatic failure, Tuberculosis, Malignancy or such major illness will be excluded. 3) k/c/o any systemic diseases, pregnancy, traumatic joint disorders will be excluded.
