Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients complaining of painful menses for at least 2 consecutive cycles. Patients having regular menstrual cycle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Patient having congenital anomalies leading to dysmenorrhoea. Patient having chronic systemic diseases. Patient having pelvic pathology. Patient taking any hormonal therapy Patient having genital tuberculosis, DM, congestive cardiac failure.
