Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women will be followed up from the first till the last trimester 2.Age range: 18 to 40 years of age 3.Women in their first pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Laryngeal pathology or any surgery 2.Restricted Lung disease 3.Women with twin pregnancy
