Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After obtaining institutional ethic committee approval , this prospective randomised clinical trial shall be done in all pediatric patients under age group of 2 to 15 year posted for laparoscopic surgery with trendelenburg position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preexisting glaucoma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, raised intracranial pressure will be excluded from the study.
