Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient admitted to adult Intensive care unit who is being planned for elective extubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have accidental or self extubations. Extubation for withdrawal of care or discharged against medical advice or comfort care.
