Inclusion criteria: Patients of the both gender with age between 16-60 years attending Outpatient Department at Aringnar anna Government hospital of Indian Medicine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Lactating mother Hiatus hernia Achalasia cardia Inflammatory Bowel Disease ( IBD)
