Intervention1: PECTO INTERCOSTAL FASCIAL PLANE BLOCK: GROUP1-I Receive 15 ml 0.125 % Bupivacaine local anaesthetic bilaterally with 1 gram paracetamol TDS. GROUP2- Rreceive 15 ml 0.125 % bupivacaine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients willing to participate 2 Cases of midline sternotomy 3 Age between 18 and 65 y 4 NYHA Class 2 & 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patientâ??s refusal to participate 2 Renal compromised patients 3 Patients with hemodynamic instability 4 Patients of NYHA Class 4 5 Patients 6 Patients who are not able to understand our instructions
