Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with adhesive capsulitis Stage II and above. II. Both genders III. Age between 40years-60years. IV. Diabetic and non diabetic patients V. Shoulder pain more than 3 months. VI. Limited active and passive range of motion. VII. Patients having increased coracohumeral ligament thickness checked on ultrasonography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with arthritis of shoulder II. Rotator cuff tear III. Neurological condition. IV. Post injury or fractures of Upper limb. V. Uncontrolled diabetes
