Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, defined by eGFR a. Age greater than 18 years, with chest pain suggestive of ischaemic heart disease or electrocardiographic changes pointing to ischemia. b. Patients who have stable angina pectoris and an indication for coronary angiography. c. Patients who have Left Ventricular dysfunction with strong risk factors as a part of pretransplant work up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients who have previously undergone a coronary artery bypass graft procedure. b. Women who are pregnant or expect to become pregnant c. Any condition preventing Distal Radial Access or Trans Femoral Access.
