Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Genders Age between 20-50 years Conjoint Tendon Tendinosis (Diagnosed Radiologically)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Partial and complete tear of rotator cuff. 2. H/o active shoulder dislocation, fracture and subluxation 3. History of any previous shoulder surgery 4. Adhesive Capsulitis 5. Neurological deficits affecting shoulder function 6. Pain & disorders of cervical spine, elbow, wrist and hand 7. Rheumatoid arthritis 8. Osteoporosis 9. Malignancies 10. Pregnancy 11. Open wounds or skin infections 12. A recent steroid injection / previous manipulation under anesthesia of affected shoulder 13. Bilateral Conjoint Tendon Tendinosis (Diagnosed Radiologically)
