Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Increased TSH level T3 AND T4 level whether normal or low With symptom of hypothyroidism Willing to give specimen of blood for investigation whenever required Willing to attend opd for 48 days patient willing to sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypothyroidism pregnancy and lactation hyperthyroidism
