Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pain due to lumbar spine disk herniation. 2. Low back pain more than 6 months 3. Age: 20-55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain due to any other cause, Mechanical low back pain 2. Any neoplastic, inflammatory, infectious or metabolic causes. 3. Spinal stenosis 4. Disc Extrusion, Previous history of spinal surgery 5. Pregnancy, postpartum period, and postoperative 3 months 6. Gross structural abnormalities (e.g. Spondylolisthesis)

1. Numerical Pain Rating Scale Score 2. Segmental Spinal Mobility done by Digital Spinal Assessment 3. Oswestry low back pain scaleTimepoint: Day-0 and Day-14 for all outcome measures.
