Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Classical symptoms of Amlapitta as described in ayurvedic texts i.e.Amlodgaar,Tiktodgaara,Kantha daah,Urah daah,Aruchi,Utklesha,Udar,Aadhmaan,Avipaka,Gaurav,Klama,Shiroruk. 2.GERD without any metabolic complication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age group 60 years. 2.Known case of Gastric and Duodenal ulcer 3.Known case of Gastric carcinoma 4.Known case of Chronic gastritis (more than 1 year) 5.Any other chronic illness. 6.Known case of Barrettâ??s Oesophagus. 7.Addicted to alcohol.
