Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of CKD( any patient of diagnosed CKD due to various etiology for last 3 month duration.) 2. Age 16-60yrs having confirm diagnosis of CKD 3. Sex-Either 4. Serum creatinine level- >1.8mg/dl-5.0mg/dl Blood Urea- >50mg/dl-150mg/dl for last three months 5. study subject willing to participate in the research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertensive patient having diastolic B.P. greater than 100mm of Hg with antihypertensive medications. 2. K/C/O Renal artery stenosis 3. K/C/O Neoplasm of kidney 4. History of previous kidney transplant 5. K/C/O adult polycystic kidney disease 6. severe anemia 7. Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease within the past 6 months 8. uncontrolled diabetes
