Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age 18-65 years 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II 3. Subjects scheduled to undergo unilateral modified radical mastectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of patient consent 2. Known hypersensitivity to local anesthetic 3. Any contraindication to regional analgesia

1) To observe and compare the analgesic efficacy of PECS II block (pectoral nerve block) & SAP block (Serratus Anterior Plane block) in first 24 hour postoperative period. 2) To compare systemic analgesic consumption of both groups in first 24 hr. 3) To compare hemodynamic changes.Timepoint: At 1 hr, 6 hr,12 hr, 18 hr, 24 hr
