Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult population above the age of 25 years and below the age of 65 years is included in the study. Sedentary workers are preferred.Those following calorie restricted diet plan for the first time are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adult population below the age of 25 years and above the age of 65 years excluded from the study. Hard workers and critically ill patients excluded from the study.Pregnant women and lactacting women excluded from the study.
