Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Mutrashmari is included viz Patients of both sexes above the age of 18 years irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status and occupation will be taken. Patients having renal/ ureteric/ bladder calculi with or without mild hydronephrosis will be selected randomly. Patients complaining burning or dribbling micturition or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with complications related with kidney/ bladder/ ureter or with systemic diseass AIDS, RHD, IHD, or chronic disease like TB Pregnant/ lactating women Children Patients with moderate or severe hydronephrosis If patients develop any complications during course of treatment will be quickly referred to higher centres
