Intervention1: Dashmooladi kwaath and Trikantakaadi Guggulu: 30 patients will be given both Dashmooladi kwaath 30 ml twice a day along with Trikantakaadi Guggulu 500mg 2 tab twice a day Control Interv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with sign and symptoms of vaatastheela(BPH) Patients with age group 50-80 years patient with mild and moderate BPH as per AMERICAN UROLOGICAL ASSOCIATION symptom score index. Patient with usg of bladder suggestive of range 50 to 150 ml. USG of prostate suggestive of increased size and weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with infective disease like HIV HbSAg & HCV Known case of Ca prostate Patient with severe cardiovascular and renal disorders

Improvement will be assessed on the basis of 1 Subjective parameters- international prostate symptoms score and quality of life index. 2. Objective parameters- Prostate weight and size and post voidal residual urine volume. Timepoint: For subjective parameters- 1,15,30,45,60 day For objective parameters- 1 and 60 day
