Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. No. of successful VBACs 2. Rate of Caesarean section 3. No. of cases of scar dehiscence/ rupture during Trial of labor Total success of the TOL will be assessed and based on their Grobmanâ??s predicted VBAC probability, women will be stratified into 3 groups34: 0 â?? 35%, 35-70% and 70% predicted probability of success and then the observed success rate will be assessedTimepoint: 1 year 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Any maternal morbidity in women following TOLAC 2. Neonatal morbidity and mortality following TOLAC 3. Number of neonates requiring admission to NICU 4. Volume of postpartum haemorrhage 5. Number of patients requiring blood transfusionTimepoint: 1 year 6 months
