Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with CT thorax showing endobronchial growth accessible by flexible bronchoscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with bleeding diathesis patients with pacemaker or defibrillator implants patients with poor cardiopulmonary reserve patients with marked hypoxemia at rest patients with untreated cardiac arrhythmias
