Intervention1: Minilaparotomy Assisted Laparoscopic Myomectomy: The retrieval of myoma after laparoscopic Myomectomy will be done by giving a minilaparotomy incision on abdomen

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women between 20-45 years with symptomatic intramural and subserous myomas desirous of future fertility or preserving uterus 2. Single Myoma > 10cm size 3. Willingness to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Submucosal myomas 2. Associated endometriosis 3. Pregnancy 4. Previous myomectomy/ laparotomy 5. Suspected malignancy 6. Any contraindication to laparoscopic surgery
