Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically stable PLHIV patients with WHO clinical Stage 1 and 2 disease. 2. 2 groups of patients. First group of ART naive patients and second group of patients who are ART responsive and stable on ART for more than 1 year and less than 10 years. 3. Age 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological, neuromuscular and muscular disorders. 2. Patients with Cardiorespiratory disorders 3. Patients unable and unwilling to perform exercises.
