Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic periodontitis with residual probing depth less than and equal to 4mm in at least 3 teeth indicated for flap surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disorders which affect wound healing Habit of smoking and alcohol consumPtion Patients who had undergone radiation therapy Pregnancy or lactating women
