Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Including Head and neck paraganglioma(HNPGL) with/without sympathetic paraganglioma and pheochromocytoma For PRRT therapy Inclusion criteria:-1) High-level uptake on Ga-68 DOTATATE scan( in terms of Krenning score more than 2 and low I-131, MIBG uptake

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Only sPGL or only PCC for PRRT Therapy Exclusion criteria:- 1) cytopenias in one or more cell lineages( hemoglobin <9g/dl, total leucocyte count <4000/microL),2)Functional status as determined by Karnofsky performance status less than 60% or the Eastern cooperative oncology group(ECOG) performance status score more than two.
