Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with obstructive sleep apnoea Age >18 years Patient willing to undergo surgery Patient willing to give consent for sleep study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: H/O previous tonsillectomy H/O facial malformation or nasal obstruction H/O anesthetic risk H/O temporomandibular joint disorder
