Intervention1: Shatavaryadi ksheerapaka Basti with music intervention: ï?? Shatavaryadi Ksheerapaka Basti will be given to IUGR diagnosed patients, fulfilling the inclusion criteria for a period of 10

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 20-37 years 2. Women with known LMP 3. Singleton pregnancy with gestational age 30 weeks onwards 4. Both primi and multi gravida will be included 5. Both symmetrical and asymmetrical IUGR associated with or without decreased amniotic fluid will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital anomalies of foetus detected through USG. 2. Pregnancy complicated with uncontrolled gestational diabetes, hypertension, Abruptio placenta, complicated Placenta previa, Severe Pre-eclampsia (BP >160/110mmHg, Proteinuria >0.3g/L), Eclampsia, oligohydramnios(AFI 3. Multiple pregnancy 4. Systemic diseases like severe forms of cardio vascular diseases, renal diseases active TB, HIV, hepatitis B etc.
