Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I AND II undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated difficult airway, any pathology of neck e.g. mass, swelling, etc 2. Body mass index >35 kg/m square, Intrinsic lung disease 3. Active gastroesophageal reflux disease and patients at risk of aspiration 4. Cervical spine disease limiting neck movements 5. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery
