Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Thalassemia Major. Age groups: 02 -12 years of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 02 year and above 12 years of age. Patient having HIV, HBV infection, Hepatic failure, DM, TB. Patient having BT interval for less than 12 days. Patient undergone splenectomy.
