Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with(25 > BMI but not more than 35.5) 2.Subjects willing to undergo the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are not willing to participate in the study. 2. Pregnant or lactating mother. 3.BMI 35.5 4. subjects with any acute or chronic health problems, Secondary obesity and heredity obesity. 5. Subjects on any intervention drugs vitamin, mineral, hormonal supplements, steroids, protein supplements etc. or any other nutritional supplements. 6. Subjects with bone deformity or nay other joint related problems.
