Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinicoradiologicaly diagnosed symptomatic cases of isolated ACL tear. 2.Patient between age 18-60 years of both sex. 3.Patient must be willing to undergo MRI scans post operatively at 3 and 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with prior surgical procedure or significant injury to the same knee. 2.Poorly motivated patient 3.Patient with other ligamentous injuries requiring surgical repair or reconstruction. 4.Patient who are unable to complete MRI examination due to claustrophobia or anxiety. 5.Patient who continue to smoke during study protocol.
