Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with clinical manifestation of disease 2.patients with age group05-16years 3.patients who were previously diagnosed and have reliable reports
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.patients having Hb less than 5 gm %/dl 2.patients with acute chest syndrome 3..patients with variuos complication such as stroke,renal failure,spleen infraction, transfusional iron overload etc
